Feeling a little creative today
So I created a couple of tags. I am happy with the way they turned out. I will create layouts for these in the future, and will share them. I need to be doing house work but, I had an idea for the bird tag and had to create it before I lost it.

Back to School Layout and Tag
Seems like summer just flew bye and now they are headed back to school. Seems so hard to believe that Chelsea could be a Junior and Brendan a freshmen in high school where did my little kids go? I am so proud of these two they are amazing. They have come along way, they used to fight like crazy and now they are the best of friends. Pure Joy!!

Great Surprise
My husband surprised me with a trip to Fort Walton Beach Florida for our wedding anniversary. We had talked about several places to go to celebrate and Florida was on the list. I had been there before and have always wanted to take him and show him how beautiful it is but, he was never interested in driving that far just to see a beach. Raised here on Texas Galveston beach is all he has ever known, he thought all beaches look the same. Boy, was he surprised when we walked out on that crystal white sand for the first time. I wish I had my camera to catch his expression.

20 Years Where did the time go?
20 years ago today I married the love of my life. It seems like I just blinked and here we are 20 years later, with three wonderful kids. He is still the man of my dreams and I would do it all over again.

Book Pages Wreath
Sorry it has been a couple of days since I have posted anything I have been busy making paper flowers. And here is the final project: (click on image to enlarge)
I started out with a grape vine wreath and an old book I got at a half price book store.
I tore out all the pages from the book and drew spirals then I cut out the spirals and then started twirling them into them selves, I secured them with hot glue so they wouldn't unravel.
After you make your flowers then secure them to your wreath with your hot glue gun. I would make a dozen or so then get tired of rolling flowers and start adhering them.
I made small flowers as well as big flowers to give it a full look. I think when it was all said and done I rolled over 200 flowers. But I am so pleased with the way it turned out.
I secured mine to an old wooden window frame that I added chicken wire to and hung it on my front door. I Love Love the way it turned out. Enjoy!!
